You can’t really lose it quickly, so to say. Just try to cut back on those carbs, increase your water intake and increase you exercise.

Have you tried yoga? Or pilates?

Make sure you do eat. Eat a hearty breakfast lunch and dinner. Have a healthy snack in the middle. This should stop you form binging too badly. Drink lots of water too.
And be sure to exercise daily.
