1. Possibly, it varies person to person
2. Lose fat all over, cardio should help, but a thigh gap just isnt physically possible for some people
3. Green tea and water
Does anyone use meal replacement shakes?
Preferably ones that you make for yourself at home.
Do you like them?
Do they work for you?
What recipes would you advise?
